All merchandise sold through our store is made to order. This means we collect orders over a short period, then manufacture and print them in batches. This process ensures minimal waste and allows us to offer intentional, limited-run drops.

2. Production & Shipping Timeline

  • Production Time: As our products are made to order, please allow 7–10 working days for production after your order is placed.

  • Shipping Time: Once your order is complete, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days depending on your location within South Africa.

  • Shipping Cost: We offer free shipping on all orders.

  • Tracking: A tracking link will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our made-to-order products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us at stefan@blankagency.net within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will resolve it.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Orders may only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, your order will be in production and cannot be changed or canceled.
